Land Cruiser Clubs

Below is a list of some of the main Land Cruiser clubs on the internet.  In realityy there are stacks of different clubs out there, all with their own merits, bt this brief list represents the most useful sources of Land Cruiser related information.

  • Toyota Landcruiser Owners Club (UK)

The long established TLOC forums cover all the Land Cruiser models providing a valuable resource for any Land Cruiser owner. It's a popular site with most questions being answered promptly.

  • European Land Cruiser Owners Club

This is a small club supported by some of the more knowledgable Land Cruiser owners in Europe, with a strong bias towards overlanding.

  • LCOOL

This is one of the oldest Land Cruiser clubs on the web and provides some useful information in the technical sections. It is an Australian based club which has an advantage over most other clubs because the Aussies tend to cover much greater distances in the LCs so they tend to hit age related problems (like the Big End Bearing problems) much earlier than the rest of the world.

  • Land Cruiser Club Southern Africa

The name says it all. This is a great club to join for anyone planning a Trans Africa trip, with some great info and contacts for when you get down to the southern countries in Africa.

  • IH8MUD

The IH8MUD forums are American based and extremely popular with a lot of traffic, which can be hard to keep up with, however the Americans seem to be a lot more prepared to build their own bumpers, sliders, drawer systems and then share their work with extensive photos posted on the site, so it's a great source of DIY information.
